Rest on a memory foam bed with warm towels and blankets, drift off with blackout blinds and enjoy an optional heated blanket to keep you warm, snuggly and help you drift into a state of pure relaxation. To ensure you’re as comfortable as possible throughout your treatment, I can also provide a knee support bolster to remove any pressure from your lower back.

​Full Body Exfoliation
​Full Body Exfoliation is a deeply relaxing and nourishing treatment and is excellent for anyone concerned with dry or dull skin. Lie back and enjoy a deep exfoliation, followed by a tension-releasing massage using rich creams that make your skin smooth, silky and moisturised.

Hopi Ear Candles
Hopi Ear Candle treatment involves placing a specially designed hollow candle inside the ear canal. The candle is then lit to induce a pleasant feeling of warmth in the ear and the resulting gentle suction draws the impurities from the ear.
The rising air gently massages the eardrum and helps to regulate ear pressure. A small amount of earwax is also removed during the treatment. A soothing shoulder, scalp and sinus facial massage conclude this relaxing treatment.
